The terms of this professional indemnity policy provide cover for the consequences of acts committed throughout the world and for activities which are carried out by your lawyer at his or her office located in Belgium. However, it does not cover claims that may be filed against your lawyer in the US or Canada, or under the laws or jurisdiction of the US or Canada. The insurance offers a guarantee of EUR 1,250,000 per claim.

The lawyers at Mint Advocaten provide the following services: legal advice and support and representation in legal action, mediation and arbitration.
